Responsibilities

Design, implement, and monitor controls across systems, applications, and infrastructure to protect the integrity of financial reporting and support regulatory compliance

Own SOx ITGC oversight across Access Management, Change Management, and IT Operations

Identify and assess IT risks that impact financial reporting

Document control deficiencies and drive remediation efforts

Perform ongoing risk assessments and partner with internal teams and external auditors during SOx testing cycles

Prepare audit evidence, compliance documentation, and reporting for management and regulators

Qualification

SOx ITGC oversightIT audit experienceCISA certificationERP systems (D365 F&O)Cloud environments (Azure)

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, or a related field

Working experience in IT audit, compliance, or risk management with direct SOx ITGC exposure

Experience with SOx 404

Experience with ERP systems (D365 F&O)

Experience with cloud environments (Azure)

US Citizens or hold their Greencard

Preferred

CISA certification
