Responsibilities

Participate in developing and testing reconstruction software, utilizing latest high-performance computing hardware (GPGPU/multicore CPU) and software technologies
Experimenting with emerging high-performance computing technologies to optimize MR performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate reconstruction algorithms into product software

Qualification

C++LinuxGPU technologiesOpenCLBash scriptingPythonAnalytical skillsObject-oriented programmingDesign patternsMathematical foundationProblem-solving skills

Required

Junior standing in biomedical engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or related fields
Experience with C++ and exposure to Linux
Familiarity with Object-orientated programming and design patterns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
GPA > 3.5

Preferred

Familiarity with GPU technologies. CUDA and/or OpenCL
Familiarity with Bash, Python and/or Linux shell scripting
Strong mathematical foundation
