Responsibilities

System Support: Provide support for the global TA Team, including monitoring and resolving tickets, testing enhancements and troubleshooting issues
Audits & Compliance - Conduct audits of recruitment data, workflows, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and executing TA operations projects (e.g., system upgrades, process rollouts, compliance initiatives)
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and recommend solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership; analyze data to inform decisions and measure project impact
Documentation: Maintain project plans, process documentation, FAQs, and training materials for TA operations initiatives
Meeting Support: Schedule, attend, and facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and vendors to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure project alignment

Required

1–2 years' experience in project coordination, HR/TA operations, or a related support role
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS platforms and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) is a plus
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition projects
Experience with Eightfold.ai and/or SuccessFactors
Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or dashboarding
Comfort with change management and training delivery
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
