They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager / Associate Director to drive the optimization of enterprise applications and champion AI-enabled solutions within their Business Systems team.

Responsibilities
Serve as a thought leader for integrating AI, automation, and intelligent workflow tooling across business systems
Identify opportunities to modernize and streamline business processes through AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights
Advise leadership on emerging trends in enterprise applications, AI-assisted productivity, and digital transformation
Lead discussions, workshops, and documentation that articulate the value and feasibility of AI-driven enhancements
Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable system solutions
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable system requirements and functional specifications
Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to architect and prioritize enhancements aligned with strategic goals
Support the design and deployment of AI-enabled applications, including workflow automation, intelligent data routing, and predictive insights
Partner with technical teams to evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors to support system optimization
Define use cases, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies for AI-enhanced features and automation flows
Provide user support for enhancement projects, intake requests, and system-related issues with a focus on continuous improvement
Oversee vendor relationships, including communication, performance tracking, escalations, and evaluation of new technology partners
Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, integrations, workflows, AI models, and compliance/audit requirements
Monitor system performance, stability, and reliability across internal applications
Ensure that changes—especially automation and AI-driven updates—are implemented securely and responsibly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical, process-mapping, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Experience coordinating system testing and supporting application rollouts
Familiarity with vendor management processes and tools
Demonstrated ability to gather, interpret, and communicate technical requirements
Preferred
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or LLM-based systems
Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial or operational systems)
Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and change-management processes
Ability to provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in systems modernization, digital transformation, or AI adoption
Strong project management skills, including prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
