Responsibilities

Develop manpower plans, allocate resources, and manage materials to ensure timely project completion
Direct and supervise project activities, leading subcontractor teams technicians to achieve daily and overall project goals
Enforce compliance with safety regulations, HR guidelines, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle
Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain technical accuracy, quality standards, and profitability targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
Establish crew objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to project leadership
Prepare and deliver detailed status reports to customers and internal stakeholders

Required

Years of experience: 3+
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accurate timekeeping and operational efficiency
Demonstrated expertise in structured cabling standards with proven ability to lead projects and manage teams of 5 or more technicians
Proficiency in telecom drawing interpretation and comprehensive project planning
Skilled in terminating jacks, patch panels, and 66/110 blocks, adhering to 568A/B wiring standards
Ability to utilize Fluke testers for verification and troubleshooting of voice/data connectivity
Familiarity with Copper, and fiber cabling requirements, as well as closet buildouts
Familiarity with high strand count fiber, furcation, & splicing
Physical capability to lift and position up to 50 lbs and utilize ladder for inspection purposes
Ownership of standard low-voltage tools (snips, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches, VFL)
Flexibility to work second/third shifts, overtime, and in high-pressure environments
Must be a US Citizen
With ability to travel 30-50% of the time
Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

BICSI Technician or Installer Certification
OSHA 30
Powder-Actuated Tools Certification
Confined Space Certification
CPR and First Aid Certification
Manufacturer-specific installation and maintenance certifications
