Senior People Services Business Partner

As a Senior People Services Business Partner, you will lead client groups with strategies for talent management, performance management, and organizational design, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives.

Responsibilities
Provide coaching and consultation with the leadership teams to help drive key people and strategic priorities, aligning HR strategy and business needs
Facilitate change management processes as needed
Develops and implements talent management strategies, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, organization design, headcount planning, mentoring, employee engagement and employee development
Working closely with business leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and providing HR expertise to support their success
Gathering and analyzing HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas where HR can add value
Champions a performance-driven process where expectations and key measurements improve organizational talent to achieve business objectives including goal setting, talent reviews, and annual performance review activities
Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Estimated travel to respective client groups is on average 25% per year
Qualification
Required
Ten or more years of human resources management experience focused on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or professional equivalent
Master degree preferred
PHR certification or equivalent
SPHR or equivalent preferred
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Experience implementing HR initiatives and delivering results in a changing & growing business environment
Ability to manage and work independently, as well as in a team environment
Professional communication skills, both orally and in writing, enables collaboration and building trust
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations in a high growth company
Preferred
Global HR experience would be a plus!
