Responsibilities

Manage the ServiceNow Change Management process, resolve issues, and provide SME support and training

Lead weekly Local and Enterprise Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings

Deliver monthly reporting and analysis on Change Management performance

Collaborate with Local CABs to escalate only high-risk or enterprise-impacting changes

Align with ITSM peers to ensure integration with Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management processes
