Ensure all outsourced accounts are handled accurately
Promote internal and external relationships with law firms and internal partners
Act as a subject matter expert for one or more business entities
Improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
Provide regular tracking and reporting into daily processes and/or financial performance
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
High School Diploma
1-2 years customer service or clerical experience
Experience using Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to process Data Entry
Ability to work in a team
Problem solving skills
Preferred
Associate's degree
Experience in a customer-facing role and/or the legal field
Knowledge of Salesforce
