Responsibilities
Own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to field sales and sales management related to sales performance
Analyze business needs, provide data and make recommendations to support sales management, field sales representatives, and other business functional teams
Analyze issues and weaknesses in sales and operations processes therefore can make recommendations to improve the processes to drive productivity and efficiency
Help sales team and sales management team prepare data for their team meetings as well as Go-To-Market & Quarterly Business Review meetings
Partner with perspective sales leaders to plan, define and manage territory
Assist with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle
Collaborate with Incentive, Finance Operations, Data Optimization other divisions/departments to get tasks done and build cross functional relationships
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of sales operations experience
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skill
Sales operations experience in a software organization
Expert MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
Experience digesting and articulating complex and accurate data to sales leaders within the organization
Preferred
Preferably experience using Salesforce
Experience using Tableau
