Responsibilities

You will be on designing and implementing large-scale software services for hardware qualification, encompassing CPU health scanning, performance benchmarking, and thermal/power validation
As a full stack software developer on our team, you will be responsible for developing and integrating software across multiple platforms
You will have complete ownership of code from design through development, specifically working with CPU and Memory components utilized throughout AWS servers
You'll work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS to improve security, performance, quality, and cost
You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll need to deliver high-quality software on tight schedules
Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of millions of servers powering AWS services worldwide

Required

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
