Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/3 support for Teamcenter PLM applications, ensuring high availability and performance
Develop and maintain custom enhancements including handlers, extensions, SOA services, and RAC plugins
Support and troubleshoot CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks) and automation scripts for installation and configuration
Analyze and resolve issues related to workflows, ACL rules, BMIDE configurations, and user access
Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
Create and maintain documentation for support processes, configurations, and customizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in any discipline
A self-motivated with a high level of ownership & able to manage personnel and provide guidance to a team where appropriate
Excellent Conversational skills and ability to deliver on time with quality
Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Provide Level 2/3 support for Teamcenter PLM applications, ensuring high availability and performance

Solid understanding of PLM workflows, access control, and enterprise system architecture
Preferred
At least 8-10 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter, with strong Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge, coordination with offshore development teams and Customer Management skills
Data Modeling and Migration experience
Expert in Configuration & Building solutions on Teamcenter to meet business process and customer requirements
Expert in Teamcenter customization involving ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Rich Client plugin & AWC
To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of large and medium sized complex project through monitoring, tracking & control
Lead overall project development, production support and maintenance activities
Prepare and update necessary documentation and assist in developing and maintaining system documentation
Experience in implementation and support for Teamcenter solutions like BOM Management, Change management, Security modules including SSO/LDAP Integration, Material Management IMM, TcRA, Substance Compliance, Teamcenter Manufacturing etc
Experience in integrating Teamcenter with MCAD, ECAD, MES, ERP, Polarion, ALM, CRP and other bespoke applications
Experience in building functional and technical specification documents using latest tools like JIRA, Azure Cloud, Confluence
Experience in Teamcenter deployment on Cloud Solution like AWS, Azure, Google
In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter & AWC latest architecture
Knowledge in install/sysadmin/troubleshooting with integrations on SAP, Oracle, MES System, MCAD & ECAD
Serve as the SPOC for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates
Experience with data migration, mapping, data validation to Teamcenter from legacy applications, Tc Enterprise etc
Previous migration experience with Enterprise PLM, ERP or MES systems
Having good understanding of Teamcenter Data Model and database schema of BOM, document management, change management, manufacturing planner
Well versed with Agile project methodology and Sprint wise delivery
Knowledge in MES Applications will be added advantage
