Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end estimating process for a diverse portfolio, including luxury corporate interiors, complex multi-floor renovations, and full-scale building repositioning
Master the logistics of budgeting for upgrades within active, sensitive environments where phasing and scheduling are as critical as the line items
Act as a technical lead for the firm’s most loyal accounts, ensuring that every budget—whether for a global bank or a luxury flagship—meets their exacting standards for quality and transparency
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Estimating experience with a NYC-based General Contractor, specifically focused on commercial interior renovations and asset modernization
A deep understanding of both GC (Lump Sum) and CM (Guaranteed Maximum Price) delivery methods
Proven experience in building repositioning, including lobby renewals, core-and-shell upgrades, and high-end amenity spaces
Expert command of Timberline or a similar platform
Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam is required to manage high-volume bidding cycles
