Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with the global marketing strategy
Lead the organization and execution of regional events — including trade shows, industry conferences, and private corporate events — ensuring brand consistency, high-quality delivery, and measurable impact
Develop localized marketing content and support the Global Communications team in the creation of press releases, social media posts, digital campaigns, and other corporate materials
Collaborate with Sales teams across the Americas and Australia to strengthen commercial goals through content creation, events, and brand visibility
Manage the development of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, case studies, digital content) ensuring alignment with PVH brand guidelines
Oversee digital marketing and social media activities to enhance regional visibility and engagement
Track and report KPIs and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and event partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets
Work collaboratively across multiple time zones (Europe, Americas, Australia) to ensure smooth communication and alignment between regional and global teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within an international and/or industrial B2B environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the renewable energy or solar sector (required)
Proven experience organizing and executing external and internal corporate events
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging to local markets, languages, and cultural nuances
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
Analytical mindset and ability to report on campaign performance
Experience coordinating suppliers, designers, and media partners
Comfortable working across different time zones (Europe, Americas, Australia)
