Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment solutions, including digital wallets, APIs, and B2B payment platforms
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories
Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Waterfall to ensure timely delivery of features aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices
Oversee the development of APIs, integrations with IT infrastructure, and mobile applications to ensure secure and efficient payment processing
Utilize tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS, and project management software to track progress, manage backlogs, and facilitate communication across teams
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, wireframes using Balsamiq or UML diagrams, and coordinate product launches
Analyze analytics data using Looker or similar tools to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements gathering notes, wireframes, test cases, and product specifications using Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and oversee integration with databases, SQL queries, and internet of things (IoT) devices where applicable
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in payments or financial services industries
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, IT infrastructure, databases, and software development processes including SDLC
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe; familiarity with Waterfall methodology is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS; knowledge of Git is advantageous
Technical skills including Java programming, HTML coding for mobile applications, SQL database management, UML modeling, and API integration
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to gather requirements effectively and translate them into actionable plans
Demonstrated leadership capabilities along with outstanding communication skills to coordinate among diverse teams
Knowledge of IT governance standards to ensure secure payment processing environments; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is required
Preferred
Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker for data-driven decision making; experience in B2B sales or IoT is a bonus
