Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture with a focus on AI-driven design and scalability

Define and implement AI use cases using Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive models, and generative AI

Architect data ingestion and harmonization strategies to enable analytics and automation

Set governance, security, and ethical AI standards within Salesforce ecosystems

Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and scalable architectures

Identify high-value AI opportunities such as recommendations, summarization, and predictive automation

Integrate Salesforce with external AI and ML platforms across cloud providers

Guide technical teams on Flows, Apex, LWC, and AI integration best practices

Conduct architecture reviews, proofs-of-concept, and technical documentation

Mentor teams on designing and delivering AI-enabled Salesforce experiences
