Regional Sales Manager - Site Host Acquisition
Piper Maddox is partnered with a leading company in the EV space that is seeking a Regional Sales Manager focused on Site Host Acquisition. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with site hosts, leading site acquisition efforts, negotiating commercial terms, and driving contracts through execution.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure EV charging site host agreements across a multi-state territory
Develop and execute a corridor strategy focused on NEVI-designated highways and high-traffic interstates
Source and evaluate sites compatible with NEVI compliance, state DOT deployment plans, and multiple infrastructure funding programs
Lead all commercial negotiations with site hosts and partners
Build and maintain relationships with travel centers, fuel retailers, truck stops, hospitality groups, and other municipalities
Own the full lifecycle, including outreach, site qualification, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
Collaborate with engineering, utilities, permitting, real estate, and construction teams to advance sites into a construction-ready status
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, EV, real estate, telecommunications, or site acquisition
Experience with joint ventures, revenue-sharing, and lease-based deal structures
Proficiency with CRM, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ of the time
