This role will provide comprehensive support across the full fundraising lifecycle and ongoing investor relations activities, including direct support to the Global Head of Investor Relations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all logistics for investor meetings and events, including roadshows, scheduling, travel arrangements, briefing materials, and onsite support
Maintain and update the firm’s Investor Relations CRM, ensuring accuracy of investor contacts, activity tracking, and reporting
Manage the Investor Relations team’s shared inbox, ensuring timely and accurate communication with investors and seamless collaboration with internal teams such as Finance, Compliance, and Legal
Provide high‑touch administrative and operational support to the Global Head of Investor Relations, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel coordination
Support broader Investor Relations initiatives and ad hoc projects, including planning and execution of the firm’s Annual Limited Partner Meeting
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in an Investor Relations or Capital Raising administrative/coordinator role is required
Familiarity with CRM systems within a sales or fundraising environment
Exceptionally organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment with evolving processes and expectations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across internal and external stakeholders
Self‑directed, solutions‑oriented, and proactive in taking ownership of responsibilities
Highly detail‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies
Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and sound judgment
