Program Manager (contract)

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive awards and recognition strategies aligned with organizational values and culture goals
Manage global award cycles including workback schedules, coordination with regional award managers, and winner announcements
Draft and distribute internal communications including newsletters, status updates, and leadership messages for global audiences
Maintain and update organizational hub pages, playbooks, and resource materials for awards and culture programs
Coordinate quarterly town hall events and leadership summits, managing logistics and production support
Execute global culture activations including culture weeks, diversity and inclusion activities, and learning events
Manage the global communications calendar and field inquiries from regional communications leads
Facilitate customer and partner engagement logistics for executive speaking engagements and conferences
Provide troubleshooting support for nomination tools and awards systems
Collect and analyze feedback on programs to drive continuous improvement
Coordinate rhythm of business activities including calendar management and meeting preparation
Amplify culture best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing across regional teams
Support executive office operations through administrative coordination and project management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of program management experience, preferably including awards programs
Minimum 8 years of experience drafting internal communications for global audiences
Minimum 8 years of experience working with leadership and executive stakeholder communications
Demonstrated experience supporting executive offices or senior leadership teams
Proven track record managing culture and employee engagement programs
Program management with emphasis on awards and recognition programs
Business writing and internal communications for executive audiences
Executive stakeholder management and communication
Event planning and logistics coordination
Project management and workback schedule development
SharePoint site maintenance and content management
Global team coordination across multiple time zones
Calendar and schedule management
Process improvement and optimization
Attention to detail and quality control
Self-directed work style with ability to take ownership of initiatives
Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
