Technology Strategy & Operations Manager
Point72 is a leading global alternative investment firm, and they are seeking a Technology Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Office of the CTO. This role involves aligning leadership messaging, managing operational initiatives, and supporting talent and employee engagement strategies within the technology department.

Responsibilities
Support strategic initiatives including location strategy, cost optimization efforts, and organizational realignments
Create and distribute CTO materials, including presentations for the CEO and senior leadership, leadership updates, and reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Support quarterly Technology town halls by partnering with senior leadership and firm partners to create engaging agendas that align with organizational priorities, managing internal speaker invitations and engagement, and overseeing event logistics
Manage leadership events such as strategy offsites, workshops, and team-building activities
Partner with Recruiting to execute the global Technology campus and intern recruiting programs, ensuring alignment with the firm’s talent strategy and organizational goals
Work closely with our Internal Communications team to help ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of key projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field
5+ years of experience in consulting or project management within the financial services industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other presentation tools
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Ability to analyze feedback and metrics to inform decision-making and improve programs
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
