Responsibilities
Coordinate and Dispatch Technicians: Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians to customer locations based on service requests and urgency
Customer Interaction: Take customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services, pricing, and scheduling
Communication: Ensure technicians have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer information
Routing: Optimize routes for technicians to maximize productivity and minimize travel time
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to job status, daily activities, and dispatched calls
Collaboration: Work with the management team to forecast scheduling needs based on seasonal changes or customer demands
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of prior experience in dispatching or customer service roles, preferably in the HVAC/building automation or construction industries
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations
Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service
Preferred
Familiarity with building automation controls systems and terminology is a plus
