Responsibilities

Educate installation crews on the proper installation methods for electrical switchgear and inspect completed work to ensure compliance with our standards
Serve as an on-site technical expert, addressing inquiries and resolving issues raised by electrical contractors and general contractors (GCs)
Provide comprehensive training to end-users on how to properly operate and maintain our equipment
Conduct thorough inspections upon installation completion, including pre and post-energization checks and supervision of the energization process
Perform on-site troubleshooting for any operational issues that may arise after installation or during operation
Respond to and resolve on-site quality issues related to our products

Qualification

Required

A college degree or equivalent educational background
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical field
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams (e.g., schematics, singleline diagrams)
Competency in using MS-Office for creating reports and other documentation
The ability and willingness to travel frequently, including to out-of-state locations
Previous experience with an electrical equipment vendor in a similar industry
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Experience operating electrical test equipment or holding a NETA certification
Experience with and a strong understanding of Electrical Maintenance Programs as outlined in NFPA 70B
