They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of the design and implementation of decentralized data infrastructure components and mentor other engineers while contributing to open-source initiatives.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of the design, implementation, and maintenance of both on-chain and off-chain components related to decentralized data infrastructure
Develop and maintain smart contracts, SDKs, and internal tools to improve developer experience
Collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders to influence the project's direction and impact in the DeFi ecosystem
Contribute to open-source initiatives with clean, developer-friendly code and documentation
Support and mentor other engineers while upholding best practices in software development
Engage with the broader development community to understand their needs and improve product usability
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 4 years' experience in software engineering
Background in backend development or low-level programming (e.g., Rust, C++) is essential; blockchain experience is a plus but not required
Interest or experience in Rust, Solidity, Python, or Typescript
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a globally distributed team
Experience or eagerness to work in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed
