Responsibilities

Lead the creation of RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and statement-of-work inputs for Salesforce engagements
Build compelling proactive proposals and transformation ideas for existing accounts
Translate business requirements into solution blueprints, value propositions, and Salesforce-enabled use cases
Collaborate with delivery leaders, architects, and industry SMEs to define solution scope, approach, and estimates
Conduct value-based discovery sessions with customers to understand business challenges, goals, and KPIs
Lead product demonstrations, business workshops, and envisioning sessions tailored to customer expectations
Articulate the business value of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Industries, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc.)
Build and present ROI models, future-state journeys, and proof-of-value narratives
Stay updated on Salesforce product releases, roadmap, licensing models, and marketplace trends
Advise customers on best-fit Salesforce solutions, integration patterns, and platform capabilities
Provide guidance on Salesforce ecosystem add-ons, AppExchange solutions, and partner technologies to craft holistic solutions
Partner with sales, account management, and delivery teams to shape winning strategies for pursuits
Support marketing and practice leadership with thought leadership, case studies, and industry POVs
Coach internal teams on Salesforce offerings, value propositions, and proposal standards
Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders—business leaders, IT, and end-users
Engage with Salesforce AE, SE, and partner teams to co-create account strategies

Required

Overall experience of 12+ years 3–7 years of experience in Salesforce pre-sales, solution consulting, or functional consulting
Strong understanding of Salesforce core clouds; experience with Marketing Cloud, Industries, or MuleSoft is a plus
Hands-on exposure to Salesforce configurations / prototypes for demos (no coding mandatory)
Excellent skills in preparing proposals, presentations, solution decks, and cost estimates
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a business-friendly, outcome-driven manner
Strong workshop facilitation and customer communication skills

Preferred

Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Sales/Service Consultant, or Marketing Cloud
Experience working with US-based enterprise clients
Industry expertise (T&H, Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.) is desirable
Ability to create demo orgs, mockups, and rapid prototypes to support bids
