Career Group is a leading global investment firm, and they are seeking an Operations Analyst – Trade Management to join their Asset & Wealth Management division. This role supports daily trade flow, settlement processes, and operational controls across multiple asset classes while partnering closely with traders, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support traders and portfolio managers across various asset management businesses
Execute trade and payment confirmations and instructions
Monitor and reconcile daily activity across multiple trading systems
Interface with trading desks and brokers to resolve trade breaks and settlement issues
Analyze and resolve complex trade flow or accounting discrepancies
Assist with process improvements to enhance control, scalability, and efficiency
Collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements and new product initiatives
Build strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and other external partners to improve operational efficiency
Provide regular reporting on STP rates, risks, and trade volumes

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience within finance, middle office, asset management, or trade support
Strong communication abilities across multiple business groups
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to break down issues clearly
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated accuracy and reliability in meeting deadlines

Preferred

Experience or strong understanding of bank loan confirmations/settlements
Understanding of industry platforms such as DTC, SWIFT, FED, Trade Warehouse, ClearPar, WSO, or similar tools
Experience interacting with brokers or clients
