Responsibilities

Collaborate with global supply chain partners to develop launch strategies and optimize network designs that align with Leo's unique business goals and regional demands and refurbishment operations in each launch country
Lead cross-functional initiatives to harmonize global returns operations, inventory placement, and refurbishment strategies, ensuring seamless operations and cross-functional alignment across and within business models
Define and deliver technical system requirements across a portfolio of software systems, leveraging existing systems and launching novel software to automate business workflows and reporting throughout the supply chain
Partner with regional business development, operations, finance, and legal teams to create tailored refurbishment, fulfillment, warehousing, and recycling strategies, optimizing Leo cost to serve across our customer base

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
