Interior Logic Group, Inc. is looking to build your career and design your future. The Studio Coordinator / Junior Design Consultant role supports Design Studio operations through design assistance, coordination, and administrative support, with a pathway to grow into a Design Consultant position.

Construction

Responsibilities

Supports daily Design Studio operations, including showroom maintenance, samples, displays, and supplies

Greets customers, answers phones, schedules and coordinates studio appointments

Prepares designer files and materials for buyer appointments

Provides administrative and project support to designers and Studio Leadership

Communicate regularly with designers, builders, sales teams, and vendors to ensure alignment

Identifies opportunities for process and workflow improvement

Learns design fundamentals and progressively assists with:

Inventory home selections

Buyer appointment overflow support

Design-related tasks as skills and confidence grow

Performs other duties as assigned; escalates complex issues appropriately

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred

3–5 years of experience in coordination, administration, studio operations, or related field

Builder, construction, or showroom experience

Strong interest in developing into a Design Consultant role

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
