Responsibilities
Proficiency with Autodesk collaboration tools including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and others
High level of knowledge and experience in BIM tools specifically Revit, AutoCAD, NAVIS Works, Blue Beam
Proficient with reading, understanding, and analyzing MEP construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
Able to produce wire routing layout as well as wire BOM’s to provide efficient building wire installation
Knowledge of construction codes and standards including NFPA 70 National Electrical Code
Self-directed with ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
Must be able to adjust to changing schedules and deadlines as needed to meet contractor job requirements
Prepare and revises documentation in various phases of design and construction, including plans, diagrams, and details
Utilizes technologies in development of three-dimensional models of electrical systems
Provides guidance and coordination of the project specifications with construction documents and contractor preferences
