Responsibilities

Lead projects from design initiation through final documentation, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop optimized engineering solutions for power generation systems

Provide technical support to customers on excitation and control equipment, including troubleshooting and system upgrades

Contribute to the training and development of other specialist engineers

Support ongoing product development efforts by participating in testing, validation, and process improvement initiatives

Serve as a subject matter expert for the Hotline Support Team, resolving technical inquiries and providing guidance

Travel to customer sites (up to 30%) for data collection, commissioning, and system validation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred)

5+ years of electrical engineering experience within power generation, oil & gas, or industrial automation environments

Strong knowledge of power electronics, power generation, transmission systems, and electrical machines

Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines

Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset
