Information Technology Support Specialist
The Phoenix Group is focused on providing IT support in the education sector, particularly for universities and large school systems. The role involves providing Tier 1–2 helpdesk and desktop support, troubleshooting systems, and collaborating on modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–2 helpdesk and desktop support for faculty, staff, and students
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and common academic applications
Support identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD)
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts (ERP, LMS, CRM)
Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers on modernization initiatives
Deliver white-glove support in a professional, customer-facing environment
Qualification
Required
Provide Tier 1–2 helpdesk and desktop support for faculty, staff, and students
