Responsibilities

Own and execute regional sales strategy to maximize revenue growth in the industrial water and wastewater market
Sell engineered treatment systems and capital equipment, including:
Reverse Osmosis (RO)
Ultrafiltration (UF)
Membranes & membrane-based systems
Membrane Bioreactors (MBR)
Ion Exchange systems
Clarifiers and solid-liquid separation technologies
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of industrial end users, EPCs, integrators, and consultants
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, technical solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close
Collaborate closely with internal engineering and technical teams to develop optimized, value-driven solutions
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at industrial accounts
Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and growth objectives

Required

5+ years of sales experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment
Proven success selling capital equipment, packaged systems, or engineered solutions
Strong experience with membrane technologies (RO, UF, MBR)
Ability to sell complex, technical solutions in a consultative manner
Comfortable working remotely and managing a multi-state territory
Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Exposure to Ion Exchange, clarifiers, and related separation technologies strongly preferred
