Responsibilities

Coach and develop a team of solutions engineers for the Enterprise sales segment
Provide presales support for enterprise opportunities as an individual contributor as needed
Help establish best practices around the technical sales engagement (demoing, discovery, objection handling, storytelling, workflow diagramming, business case development, ROI conversations, etc)
Maintain a current understanding of ClickUp's target market technical requirements and trends
Partner with Sales leadership to develop sales motion playbooks, such as strategic and technical account plans
Partner with Professional Services, Product and Customer Success leadership to drive improved cross-departmental collaboration and key strategic projects

Required

Bachelors of Science in technical field strongly preferred; equivalent work experience considered
6+ years in a customer facing role with technology. Ideally all in presales, but may also be equivalent consulting, implementation, or sales enablement experience. Minimum 2+ years in individual customer-facing presales role as a top performer
Ability to effectively coach and train new team members in presales skills
Ability to challenge and lead team members towards peak performance
Deep understanding of CWM, PPM, and peripheral domains
Demonstrated ability in business process mapping and diagramming, with experience in consumption-based selling and value selling to drive customer outcomes and align solutions with business objectives
Demonstrable ability to define vision and strategy, and communicate up and down the chain
Masterful communicator
Up to 30% of travel required in role

Preferred

Masters degree or other advanced degree preferred
1+ years in a management or leadership role with direct reports is preferred
