Responsibilities
Lead AI-enabled solution design and delivery across Microsoft Dynamics, Copilot, and related tools
Embed within client teams to architect, configure, and deploy AI-driven experiences
Translate business requirements into intelligent, automated workflows using Microsoft 365 and Dynamics
Build and optimize Copilot integrations and conversational agents with Copilot Studio
Prototype and operationalize AI features that improve productivity and decision-making
Guide stakeholders on ethical AI adoption, scalability, and governance best practices
Collaborate closely with developers, consultants, and portfolio leaders to deliver impactful solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong background designing and deploying enterprise solutions as part of a Microsoft Partner or consultancy
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI integrations across Microsoft 365
Experience creating intelligent agents, automations, and AI-powered business processes
Solid understanding of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related ecosystems
Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar frameworks
Excellent client-facing communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Certifications such as PL-600, AI-102, or MS-900 a plus
