Responsibilities
Repair and maintain manual and automated equipment with minimal supervision
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Use MMS (SAP or other) systems for maintenance records and inventory management
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
Lead or support small projects and equipment upgrades
Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
Collaborate with production teams and external vendors/contractors
Track performance metrics such as uptime, downtime, and mean time to failure
Maintain housekeeping standards and complete required documentation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with continuing education or certifications in industrial maintenance
3–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
PLC knowledge/experience (Allen Bradley / Siemens)
Willingness to work off shifts and overtime
Familiarity with maintenance performance metrics
Preferred
Degree in industrial maintenance or related field
Formal training in PLC or electronic controls
Experience with SAP or similar MMS systems
Welding and blueprint reading skills
