Required

Membership in Delaware Bar required
Knowledge of criminal law and procedure
Ability to evaluate criminal cases, determine resolutions, and anticipate legal issues
Ability to research accurately and effectively
Ability to learn and apply the relevant laws and court rules
Ability to develop a good working relationship with other Deputy Attorneys General, support staff, and Court personnel
