Commercial Property Assistant
Property Management Associates (PMA) is a full service Property Management Company located near Los Angeles, California. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Assistant to assist portfolio managers in managing multiple buildings, including responsibilities such as budget development, maintenance reconciliations, and vendor interactions.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: budget development, the preparation of common areas, maintenance reconciliations, willingness to understand building systems, perform AR and AP functions, and interact with vendors and tenants
Actively engaged in updating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets, contributing to data accuracy
Qualification
Required
Five years of hands-on building management experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite-(Outlook, Excel, Word) and Yardi Voyager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: budget development, the preparation of common areas, maintenance reconciliations, willingness to understand building systems, perform AR and AP functions, and interact with vendors and tenants
Actively engaged in updating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets, contributing to data accuracy
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Punctual and dependable
Must have an eye for detail
Highly organized, self-starter, and must be able to meet demanding deadlines
