Responsibilities

Drafting, negotiating, and coordinating acquisition and disposition transactions, financings, joint ventures, and development projects from due diligence through close

Managing outside counsel and serving as a key liaison among internal teams, senior leadership, and counterparties

Reviewing and negotiating contracts with vendors, consultants, and third parties for operational support and ancillary agreements

Assisting with corporate governance and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with internal policies and applicable regulations

Maintaining and refining deal templates and documentation to reflect current legal and business needs

Collaborating across departments to anticipate risk, identify opportunities, and deliver practical solutions

Required

Highly organized and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple matters under tight timelines
