Responsibilities
Maintain and update executive calendar to ensure all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met
Proactively plan and manage events, handle all aspect of domestic and international travel
Use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other digital tools for organizing files and documents
Ensure all documents are in digital format and instantly accessible to the executive team and relevant stakeholders
Frequently meet with the President to manage and optimize the executive calendar, deliverables, and other actions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Prepare for meetings by gathering and discerning necessary information in advance
Navigate complex schedules to ensure the executive is well-prepared for each meeting
Evaluate and prioritize meeting requests, determining which are critical and when to decline invitations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
At least 5 years of experience providing support to senior C-suite executives
Preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams and SharePoint
