The Account Manager for Flooring will serve as a trusted partner for clients, responsible for deepening relationships, driving software adoption, and growing sales across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between Cyncly and Flooring clients, ensuring open communication and strong partnerships

Proactively engage with each assigned client at least quarterly, including a minimum of two in-person (or virtual) meetings per year

Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by introducing new Flooring software products, modules, and services that align with client needs

Prospect and follow up on new leads within assigned accounts and territories to support individual and team growth objectives

Record all client interactions, opportunities, and follow-up actions in Salesforce and other systems, maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by strategically expanding relationships and driving revenue within the assigned territory

Represent Cyncly at industry trade shows, events, and customer meetings as requested

Prepare for and actively participate in scheduled sales meetings, training sessions, and team initiatives

Maintain and share an up-to-date travel schedule and calendar as directed by management

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Proven success in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or account management

Ability to travel several times per year for client visits, training, or events

Preferred

Three or more years of experience with RFMS software or exposure to a flooring industry environment
