Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of X-energy's IT project management function in the IT-PMO, IT Governance, and IT Quality team
Ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the company's IT project portfolio while maintaining alignment with established governance frameworks and quality standards
Lead a team of IT Project Managers and establish project management methodologies and governance frameworks that align project initiatives with X-energy's strategic objectives
Serve as the primary interface between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and the PMO and Quality organization to drive operational excellence, resource optimization, and successful project outcomes

Required

Strategic leadership experience in IT project management

Strong communication skills to interface with IT leadership and business stakeholders
Ability to drive operational excellence and resource optimization
