The intern will perform design calculations for bridges and civil structures, support senior engineers, and complete assigned technical training courses for career development.

Responsibilities
Perform design calculations for bridges and civil structures
Support the senior engineers by preparing reinforcement lists, quantity take-offs, and redlines for bridges and civil structures
Complete technical training courses assigned for career development
Review shop drawings for compliance with design plans
Qualification
Required
Must have completed 60 hours towards a civil engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2026)
0-2 years of experience with prior experience working with a team in a professional setting
Ability to learn analysis software including MathCAD, Excel, and bridge modeling tools
Preferred
Interest in graduate degree preferred
E.I. or E.I.T. (preferred)
