Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow retail and distribution channels
Identify and secure partnerships with national retailers and distributors
Negotiate contracts and manage agreements to maximize profitability
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align channel strategies
Monitor channel performance and prepare reports for leadership
Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation
Travel nationally as needed to meet partners and attend industry events

Required

Ability to travel 25-50% nationally
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screening and background check
