Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end due diligence process for evaluating prospective MGA/MGU partnerships

Manage the full diligence workflow from initial review through program launch

Partner with cross-functional teams to complete in-depth assessments of potential program partners

Maintain documentation, timelines, and deliverables throughout the evaluation process

Present diligence findings and recommendations to senior decision-makers

Develop structured implementation plans following approval

Oversee launch activities to ensure seamless transition into program management

Create onboarding materials and standardized resources for new program partners

Track and report on program KPIs for assigned portfolios

Analyze data trends and prepare recurring performance reports

Conduct portfolio-level analytics using advanced tools and techniques

Build data visualization dashboards to support ongoing performance monitoring

Identify emerging trends in underwriting results to support proactive adjustments

Support analysis of program performance and assist with reporting needs

Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and delegated authority standards

Utilize predictive analytics to identify early indicators of performance shifts

Prepare financial reports at the program level and monitor profitability metrics

Assist in building financial projections and scenario analyses

Coordinate audit activities with MGA/MGU partners and internal stakeholders

Track audit findings and follow-up actions to ensure timely remediation

Support the renewal cycle by reviewing terms, updating due diligence items, and coordinating internally

Serve as the primary point of contact for MGA/MGU partners across the U.S

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent program execution

Coordinate with claims leaders on loss trends and mitigation strategies

Work with underwriting teams on guideline adjustments and performance improvements

Engage with TPAs and other service providers to ensure alignment on program expectations

Prepare materials and presentations for review by senior management
