Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Workday Advanced Compensation
Translate compensation strategies into scalable, compliant Workday frameworks
Configure and test merit, bonus, equity, and incentive programs
Design eligibility rules, proration logic, and compensation guidelines
Partner with HR, Total Rewards, and Finance teams to define business requirements
Validate configurations through unit, integration, and user testing
Collaborate across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Reporting teams for full solution alignment
Support annual compensation cycles, analytics, and compliance reporting
Contribute to internal best practices and mentor junior consultants

Required

3+ years of Workday consulting experience with Advanced Compensation
Strong understanding of Total Rewards and compensation program design
Proven experience leading Advanced Compensation workstreams
Expertise in Workday configuration, eligibility rules, and security frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
