The Director, Menu Strategy and Culinary Brand Innovation will lead the development of the menu strategy and culinary innovation pipeline, overseeing core menu development and limited time offerings to drive guest excitement and sales.

Responsibilities
Manage an integrated marketing calendar for the organization, inclusive of LTOs, seasonal items, core menu items, market tests, sales comp targets, and marketing promotions to drive guest excitement and sales throughout the year
Lead the strategic direction, concept ideation, development, and validation of innovative menu items that align with consumer need states and business goals, with a lens of elevated ingredients that showcase our “fine casual” points of difference
Ensure the calendar aligns with cross-functional considerations, including operational capacity, supply chain capabilities, and integrated marketing campaigns for successful execution
Track success metrics such as sales lift, incrementality, customer satisfaction, and profitability for all test and system-wide calendar launches
Guide our consumer insights and testing protocol to ensure concepts and commercialized products are validated with consumers and operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Marketing; Product Development
6-8 years of work experience
4-6 years of supervisory experience
Product development in restaurant and/or Hospitality
Preferred
MBA preferred
8-10 years of work experience
7-9 years of supervisory experience
