Cognizant is seeking a Windchill Solution Architect to define high-level and detailed architecture for Windchill implementations and upgrades. The role involves aligning Windchill solutions with business goals and overseeing end-to-end implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Configuration of SSO and SSL configuration

Upgrade planning and execution including rehearsals on lower environments

Documenting all steps and preparing a detailed runbook for the production upgrade

Final execution of the upgrade on the production environment

Running WinDU analyzing results and resolving issues reported during upgrade rehearsals

Lead development of workflows object models and system configurations

Integrate Windchill with ERP (SAP ECC S4) MES CPQ and CAD platforms

Oversee end-to-end implementation including configuration testing deployment and optimization

Manage risk stakeholder communication and project governance

Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and testing standards

Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and customizations

Proficiency in Java/J2EE SQL Spring Hibernate and Windchill modules (PDMLink ProjectLink PartsLink)

Experience with Windchill Bulk Migration ESI integration and performance tuning
