Responsibilities

Independently design and execute in vitro assays to evaluate immune cell function, including multi-color flow cytometry, cytotoxicity assays and other functional readouts under the guidance of scientists

Conduct ex vivo analysis of immune cells through tissue processing and downstream assays and analyses

Develop, execute, and troubleshoot experimental protocols under the guidance of senior members on the team, and maintain accurate and timely electronic laboratory notebook records

Analyze and communicate experimental data at team meetings

Required

BS or MS degree in biology, immunology, bioengineering or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant industry experience in immunology and/or immunotherapy

Strong experimental skills, including tissue culture, primary immune cell culture, flow cytometry, immunoassay development, and ex vivo mouse model sample processing

Detail oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with highly technical projects and personnel

Highly adaptable and responsive to delivering challenging commitments

Preferred

Experience with non-viral delivery technologies and nucleic acid modalities

Experience with primary human and/or NHP T cells
