Responsibilities
Providing on-site operational leadership and oversight to the daily operations, maintenance, repairs and overall readiness of the assigned Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Buildings and Grounds property
Ensuring the assigned facility and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service standards
Providing maintenance support, overseeing work order completion, and coordinating the activities of facility staff and service contractors
Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service to Tribal departments and the community
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent GED is required
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities management performing in a supervisory capacity is required
Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be available for on-call or after-hours emergencies as needed
Ability to Commute: Hollywood, FL 33024 (Required)
Willingness to travel: 25% (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Certification as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), or equivalent is preferred
Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages
