Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Design-to-Deploy workstreams within Oracle Fusion Cloud, including item and product lifecycle management

Facilitate and drive functional design workshops covering item creation, product structures, revisions, compliance, costing, and manufacturing impacts

Structure and manage work breakdowns across functional, technical, and data migration activities

Own project planning, scope definition, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and execution oversight

Ensure solutions align with Watlow business requirements and Oracle best practices, minimizing unnecessary customization

Drive closure of requirements through design, build, test, and deployment

Coordinate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Tooling, Quality, Product Compliance, Costing, Supplier Quality, and Field Operations

Lead cross-functional decision-making sessions and resolve conflicts between business needs and system constraints

Partner with Oracle implementation and data migration vendors on: Solution design and demos, Design iterations and fixes, Unit, functional, and end-to-end testing, Support early-phase initiatives and evaluation of new processes or technologies within the Design-to-Deploy domain

Track and report on project progress, milestones, resource capacity, and risks

Provide clear, concise executive-level communication to PMO leadership

Lead program reviews, risk escalations, and launch readiness updates

Proactively identify issues and escalate with actionable recommendations
