Handle a defense-heavy docket across insurance defense, commercial transportation/trucking, premises liability, and construction defect matters
Independently drive case strategy— drafting and arguing motions, managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, reporting to carriers, and negotiating resolutions
Collaborate seamlessly with a dispersed team
Qualification
Required
7+ years of civil litigation experience
Active bar license in Texas, Oklahoma, or Arizona
Ability to independently drive case strategy
Experience in drafting and arguing motions
Experience in managing written discovery
Experience in taking and defending depositions
Experience in reporting to carriers
Experience in negotiating resolutions
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with a dispersed team
Ability to meet the requirement of 1,800 billable hours
