Ensure work year-round for subcontractors

Install home improvement products such as roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors, or bath and showers

Communicate effectively and demonstrate craftsmanship and pride in work

Willingness to learn and grow in the field

Be properly licensed, bonded, and insured

Be incorporated as an LLC or a Corporation

Own tools and transportation

Have a minimum of 1+ years of installation or plumbing experience
